1102tools is built and run by one person. It's free and it isn't a business. There's nothing to sell, so there's no reason to track you.

Want nothing to pass through 1102tools at all? Use Local. Each server is a small program on your own computer that connects straight to the government sites. It isn't an AI model, so it doesn't need a powerful computer. If your computer runs the Claude or ChatGPT desktop app, it can run Local. Your AI app can set it up for you.

What 1102tools does and doesn't keep.

  • No accounts, cookies, ads or tracking. The only analytics is Cloudflare's visit count, which uses no cookies and no IP addresses.
  • 1102tools doesn't log or keep IP addresses.
  • Your searches aren't logged or saved, and nobody reads them.
  • Government sites see requests from 1102tools, not from you.
  • Some public government answers are kept for a limited time so repeat questions come back faster and agencies aren't asked the same thing twice. The cache holds the public answer, not who asked.
  • The only record is a short service record for each call (which tool, which app, whether it worked, how long it took), kept to keep the servers running. It has no search terms, results or IP addresses.
  • Your AI app (Claude, ChatGPT or another) handles your conversation under its own privacy policy.
